Mr Mahesh A. Jadhav is an accomplished Automotive Lighting Specialist with over a decade of experience in lamp design, development and manufacturing. Holding a Master of Technology in Automotive Technology from the College of Engineering, Pune (COEP), he has built strong technical expertise in both optics design and automotive lighting systems compliant with global standards.

He specialises in front and rear lighting systems for 2-wheelers, 3-wheelers, 4-wheelers and off-road vehicles. His work spans halogen and LED technologies, with designs meeting AIS, ECE, FMVSS, CMVSS and JIS regulations.

Throughout his career, he has successfully delivered 30–35 headlamp designs, 40–42 tail lamp designs and 10–12 auxiliary lamp systems to leading automotive manufacturers in India and Europe.
